Looking toward the future, our founders came to this place 64 years ago. They embraced the challenges of their day to build this beautiful contemplative oasis in the midst of rural Georgia. Today, our community continues to embrace new challenges and beautify the Monastery grounds. The landscape around us has changed through rapid development, bringing environmental issues and green space needs. As good ‘Stewards of the Land’ we seek ways of revitalizing the grounds and ever-aging infrastructure. The Season of Renewal Capital Campaign is our effort to preserve the Monastery as a peaceful haven.
